Aspectus: Celebrating our success as 2024’s B2B PR Agency of the Year and a top workplace

Aspectus Group is proud to accept two industry awards, recognizing our excellence in strategic communications and positive workplace culture. In April, we took home the Gold for B2B Agency of the Year at the UK’s PRmoment awards and were named a Top Place to Work in Communications by Ragan in the U.S.
Today, we are proud and humbled to announce some recent company achievements. First, UK-based PRmoment recognized Aspectus Group as Gold Winner in the category B2B PR Agency of the Year in its annual awards. Then, across the big pond, we were selected as one of the honorees by Ragan in their 2024 Top Places to Work in Communications class.
We make a point to celebrate these accolades at Aspectus . It’s not often one gets on such a winning streak, and wins tend to give us a charge of positive energy. When it comes to awards, we spend most of our time helping clients enter and win key industry awards in their sectors: financial services, capital markets, energy, industrials, technology, and professional services.
Our own award wins are also important. As our own founder and global CEO Alastair Turner wrote in an earlier post, “Our philosophy has always been about empowering our talent. How? Aspectus captures 2024 B2B PR agency of the year award
Award laurels are vivid demonstrations of our real-world strategic communications, marketing and PR work. PRmoment is a leading UK-based PR and communications trade publication. This year’s PRmoment award win follows two consecutive years of finishing on the shortlist for B2B Agency of the Year and featured our client work with blockchain protection company Coincover and Europe’s largest wholesale telecoms service provider BT Wholesale. A group of gussied-up Aspectees attended the ceremony on April 25 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London.

Recognition as a top workplace in communications
Ragan Communications, a leading PR and communications industry trade publication in the US that publishes PRDaily, crowned its class of Top Places to Work in Communications 2024 based on agencies’ approach to work, collaboration, employee wellbeing, and culture. A delegation from our New York City-based team, led by CEO of North America Alexa West, traveled to Chicago to collect the hardware during a luncheon at the Fairmont Hotel on April 18.
We were recognized in the Mid-Sized Agency category, as a premier agency that has elevated the standards of creativity, innovation, and client satisfaction. Statistics from our employee survey helped our cause, such as: 100% of our staff recommend Aspectus as a great place to work, 98% felt there were opportunities to grow and progress their career, and 100% felt they were treated with fairness and respect. For organizations in the agency world like Aspectus, awards wins are ways — to show — instead of tell people about our unique workplace culture that we take so much pride in.
Why industry awards matter in B2B technology
Industry award wins, chosen wisely, can be valuable for earning credibility via unbiased, third-party endorsements; especially in the B2B technology sectors where software buyers, under pressure, seek every possible source of intel before adopting a solution. We are always proud of clients when they hoist a trophy. Recently, anti-financial crime fintech Fenergo took home Chartis Research’s top spot, ranking Fenergo as the best Know Your Customer (KYC) Solution in its Financial Crime and Compliance50 awards. Derivatives hedging provider Derivative Path was just named to the shortlist for what could be their 5th consecutive win in the GlobalCapital Global Derivatives Awards in the category best risk management advisory firm in the Americas.
