SEAS engaged us to elevate its brand visibility and position the Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES) as a must-attend regional event. We were also tasked with strengthening SEAS’s presence at global platforms, such as COP28, and positioning its leaders as clean energy authorities.
The Challenge
SEAS was well-known within Singapore’s energy circles but lacked broader regional recognition and consistent media visibility. As the clean energy dialogue intensified across ASEAN, SEAS needed to distinguish itself as a credible voice shaping energy policy and innovation. The challenge was to achieve this amidst a crowded sustainability narrative, diverse regulatory priorities, and limited media familiarity with SEAS’s role. In parallel, there was a need to drive engagement with ACES as the region’s flagship summit—while reinforcing relevance and influence at key international forums like COP28.
Our Approach
We launched a multi-pronged communications strategy rooted in media engagement, data-led storytelling, and digital amplification. This included inviting media to SEAS’s AGM, conducting a clean energy poll, which resulted in multiple media opportunities. This led to The State of the Energy Transition Survey, which has become a recurring anchor, generating compelling media angles and positioning SEAS’s spokespeople as expert commentators. We also deployed a LinkedIn and EDM strategy to reach institutional stakeholders and ACES delegates, and supported with media engagement to promote SEAS’s hosted panel at the Singapore Pavilion during COP 28.
