We raised the profile of PlanRadar across ASEAN and promoted its innovative technology in the construction and facilities management sectors.
To build trust and drive leads in a market that PlanRadar were not well known, we suggested a program rooted in positioning its key spokespeople as subject matter experts in this region. Using key topics such as BIM, AI and data we drove success through a mixture of tactics including newsjacking, press releases and thought leadership articles.
The Challenge
As the construction industry is among the slowest in adopting digital transformation, PlanRadar sought to establish itself as a thought leader in Singapore’s construction and facilities management sectors, leveraging its expertise in project management technologies like BIM, AI, and data-driven solutions for operational efficiency. The scope extended to amplifying their presence in Malaysia and the Philippines, emphasising their ability to support on-budget, on-time project delivery and informed financial decision-making in an industry hesitant to change.
Our Approach
To address these challenges, we executed a six-month targeted program to position PlanRadar as a leading voice in the construction technology space. Our core activity centred on media relations, focused on spotlighting PlanRadar’s Asia spokespeople in the media and promoting internal company news. Underpinning this was a slick press office function where we regularly identified hot, relevant topics of the day related to construction-related announcements and regulations which scored regular top-tier media coverage and effectively raised PlanRadar’s brand awareness in Asia’s construction tech space.
